Hello, I'm Gabriela!
I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator based in Brooklyn, NY whose Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage inspires my work every day. I am currently pursuing a BFA in Communications Design with an emphasis in Illustration at Pratt Institute in NY, set to graduate in May 2025.
My work is aimed at fostering community and positive relationships, as well as educating through bold, maximalist imagery and linework. History and culture are woven into my work like a tapestry, mural or mosaic.
I would love to design anything I can get my hands on, but I am especially interested in design and illustration for the entertainment industry, merchandising, toy design, packaging, editorial work, and branding and advertising.
I am available for freelance illustrative/design work, internships, full-time work & commissions!
